For the green candles on the right
Open a new image 85X 162 pixels
Add a new layer, name it candle
Selections-Load from disk-Open ekinaracandle.sel
Floodfill wih a dark green, I am using #3D5533
Now go to effects-3D effects- Inner Bevel and use these settings



Ctrl+D to deselect

To Make the Flame
Set your foreground color to #E0993C
Set your background color to #F16D1D
Set your foreground style to null, and set your background style to Gradient, use these settings

Click on your preset shapes tool and use these settings


Draw a skinny teardrop at the top of the candle for the flame. Since you created as a vector, you can move it around or edit it until you get the shape you want. When you are happy with your flame, merge the layers visible
Go to edit-copy
Now go back to your kinara image, make sure both layers are turned on. Activate the background layer and paste as a new layer, three times and position the green candle on the right side of the Kinara


Save your work. and set aside the kinara image. You can close the green candle.

For the red candle
Open a new image 85X 162 pixels
Add a new layer, name it candle
Selections-Load from disk-Open ekinaracandle.sel
Floodfill wih a dark red, I am using #8D0D0D
Effects-3D effects-Inner bevel and use the same settings as before. Deselect and follow the above instructions for making the flame
When you are happy with it, merge the layers visible.
Edit-Copy
Go back to your kinara image and activate the background layer. edit- paste as a new layer three times
Position the red candles on the left side of the image


Save your work and set aside
Now for the black candle
Open a new image 85X 162 pixels
Add a new layer, name it candle
Selections-Load from disk-Open ekinaracandle.sel
Floodfill with black
Now go to effects-3D effects- Inner Bevel and this time, use these settings



Ctrl+D to deselect
Follow the same instructions above for making the flame
Layers-merge visible
Edit-Copy
Activate your Kinara image and activate your background layer
Edit-Paste as a new layer and position the black candle at the top

Merge the layers visible and you're done!
