For this you will need
Paint Shop Pro 7 I don't know if it will work in other versions
My selection files Download and unzip to your selctions folder. If you don't have one, make one

Open a new image 268X478 pixels, transparent.
Add a new layer, name it flower1
Selections-Load from disk-Load 1eflowerbell.sel from the folder you unzipped the selections to
Floodfill with #FDFDE5
Go to Selection-Invert
Effects-3D effects-drop shadow, use these settings



Ctrl + D to deselect
Add a new layer, name it flower2
Load 2eflowerbell.sel
Floodfill with same color
Selections-Invert, 3D effects-drop shadow and apply the same drop shadow
Ctrl+D to deselect
Add a new layer, name it flower 3
Load 3 elfowerbell.sel
Floodfill with the same color
Selections-Invert, 3d effects-drop shadow and use the same settings as before
Ctrl+D to deselect
Add a new layer, name it handle
Load 4eflowerbell.sel
Floodfill with #97C997
Selections-Float
effects-3D effects- Cutout-Use these settings



Ctrl+D to deselect
Add a new layer,name it flower top
Load 5eflowerbell.sel
Floodfill with the same green you used on the handle
Selections-Float, 3d effects-Cutout and use the same cutout
Ctrl+D to deselect
Add a new layer, name it decorations
Load 6eflowerbell.sel
Floodfill with white
Go to effects-3D effects-sculpture and use these settings



Ctrl+D to deselect
Merge the layers visible and you're done
