You will need Paint Shop Pro 7
my leg selection file Or you can just make your own legs

open a new image 500X 500 pixels, transparent
Add a new layer, name it "base"
Floodfill with white
Now go to Effects-texture effects-tiles- and use these settings:

Using the magic wand, tolerance set to 12, select the black area of the tile.
Now go to selections-promote to layer
Ctrl+D to deselect
Click on your layer pallet. Highlight the base layer.
Right click on this layer and choose delete.
Make the "promoted selection layer" active
Now go to image-rotate
Use these settings

Now go to image-resize.
Make sure resize alllayers is unchecked
Resize by 50%.
Minimize this image on your work area, you may want to save before you do this
You can make your own leg if you want, or, you can do this:
Open a new image 275x275 Load fishnet1.sel from the folder you saved it to
Add a new layer
Floodfill with #F8D2AA
Do NOT deselect
Go back to the fishnet image and choose edit-copy
Go to the leg image and choose edit-paste as new layer
Make sure the fishnets are entirely covering the leg
Choose selections-invert
Now hit the delete key
Go to selections-invert
Layers-merge visble
Selections-Float
Effects-3d effects-cutout
Use these settings

Ctrl+D to deselect and you're done. Of course, if you wanted 2 legs, duplicate the layer and move the other leg in to position
