For this you will need

Paint Engine This is a free filter, please make sure it is installed according to the instructions. If it’s installed properly, you will have the needed preset
My selection files-unzip to a folder of your choice

Open a new image 335 X 289 pixels, transparent.
Add a new layer, name it legs
Selections-Load From Disk. Load 1legs.sel
Floodfill with #EE995C
Selections-Float
Effects-3D Effects- Cutout, use these settings

Vertical and Horizontal-0
Opacity-52 Blur 6.3
Shadow color- Black
Fill interior is unchecked
Ctrl+ D to deselect.

Add a new layer, name it back feather 1
Selections-load from disk, load 2backfeather.sel
Floodfill with #91683F
Effects- Plugin Filters-Paint Engine, use the faded mosaic preset
Selections-float
3D effects-Cutout, use the same settings as last time
Ctrl+D to deselect

Add a new layer, name it backfeather2
Selections-Load from disk, load 3backfeather.sel
Floodfill with #FFE4C5
Effects- Plugin Filters-Paint Engine, use the faded mosaic preset
Selections-float
3D effects-Cutout, use the same settings as last time
Ctrl+D to deselect

Add a new layer, name it backfeather3
Selections-Load from disk, load 4backfeather.sel
Floodfill with #DCBCA4
Effects- Plugin Filters-Paint Engine, use the faded mosaic preset
Selections-float
3D effects-Cutout, use the same settings as last time

Add a new layer, name it body

Ctrl+D to deselect

Add a new layer, name it left wing Selections-load from disk, load 6lwing

Add a new layer, name it right wing

Add a new layer, name it Head
Selections-load from disk, load 8head.sel
Floodfill with #91683F
Effects- Plugin Filters-Paint Engine, use the faded mosaic preset
Selections-float
3D effects-Cutout, use the same settings as last time, except change the blur to 7
Ctrl+D to deselect

Add a new layer, name it right eye
Selections-Load from disk, load 9reye.sel
Floodfill with black
Effects-3D effects-inner bevel, use the round preset except change the angle to 180
Ctrl+ D to deselect

Add a new layer, name it left eye
Selections-Load from disk, load 10leye.sel
Floodfill with black
Effects-3D effects-inner bevel, use the same settings as last time
Ctrl+ D to deselect

Add a new layer, name it dangle (sorry I don’t know what that thing is called LOL)
Selections-load from disk, load 11dangle.sel
Floodfill with #EE995C
Selections-Float, Effects-3D effects-Cutout, use the same settings except change the blur to 3.8
Ctrl+ D to deselect

Add a new layer, name it beak
Selections-Load from disk, load 12beak.sel
Floodfill with #EE995C
Selections-Float, Effects-3D effects-Cutout, change the opacity to 39 and the blur to 10
Ctrl+ D to deselect

Add a new layer, name it nostrils
Floodfill with black
Ctrl+ D to deselect
Layers- Merge Visible and you’re done
