This is a pagan oriented PSP tut. It could be made into an ordinary halloween image by skipping the pentacle and adding something else at the top instead. It's up to you.
The image you make with this tut is for your personal use. You're welcome to use it to make graphics for your own site, make cards to send to people, whatever, but you may not sell it

For this you will need
PSP 7
Eye Candy 4000 I don't think it's absolutely necessary, it uses the jiggle, which also comes with EC 3, and the wood for the pentacle, but you could probably substitute any wood fill or solid color with decent results
My selection files Unzip to a folder of your choice

Open a new image 300 X 300 pixels, transparent
Add a new layer, name it wreath
Selections-load from disk, load wreath.sel
Floodfill with #937C59
Ctrl+D to deselect
Go to Effects-Texture Effects-Straw wall, use these settings



Effects-Plugin Filters-Eye Candy 4000-jiggle and use these settings



Selections-load from disk, load wreath.sel
Selections-modify-feather-by 1
Selections-invert
Hit your delete key one time
Ctrl +D to deselect
Add a new layer, name it bow
Selections-load from disk-wreath bow.sel
Floodfill with black. If you’re using some other color, you’ll need to make a center for the bow.
Ctrl +D to deselect
Add a new layer, name it pentagram. Selections-load from disk, load pent.sel
Floodfill with white
Go to effects-plugin filters-eye candy 4000- wood and use the oak preset
Go to effects-3D effects-inner bevel, use these settings



Ctrl+ D to deselect
Save your image and set it aside

Open a new image 92 X 78 pixels
Add a new layer, name it stem
Floodfill with #9EC89E
Selections-float
Effects-3D effects-cutout, use these settings:
Horizontal & Vertical =0 Opacity 70 Blur 11.3
Shadow color=#739573
Fill interior unchecked
Ctrl+ D to deselect


Add a new layer, name it base
Selections-load from disk, load pumpkinbase.sel
Floodfill with #F7BA58
Selections-float
Effects-3D effects-cutout, use the same settings except change the shadow color to #877353
Ctrl+ D to deselect

Add a new layer, name it lines
Selection-load from disk, load pumpkinlines.sel
Floodfill with #C09148
Ctrl+ D to deselect
Layers-merge visible. Image-resize by 60%
Edit-copy. Activate your wreath image and paste as a new layer. Position it on one side of your wreath
Layers-duplicate and position the copy on the other side
Layers-merge visible and you’re done
