My picture, right click to save. I took this picture, and you may use it for this tutorial. Open the picture on your PSP workspace
Go to Effects-Artistic Effects-Charcoal. Use these settings:
Detail-100
Opacity-7

Repeat the charcoal with the same settings 2 more times

Go to Effects-Sharpen. Sharpen 1 time

Go to Effects-Blinds, Use these settings:
Width-2
Opacity-21
Color-Black
Horizontal-Unchecked
Light from left/top-Checked
That's it!
