Eye Candy 4000
Paint Engine
MuRa’s Meister Cloud Filter
My Snowflake tube. Unzip it to your tubes folder
Open a new image 700 X 500 pixels transparent.
Add a new layer, name it water
Choose your selection tool, set on rectangle. Draw a rectangle from about 0,108 to 710,386. This is just approximate, this does not have to be perfect.
Floodfill with #727BE0
Go to effects-plugin filters-Fantastic Machines-Paint engine and use the preset bad chalk.
Add a new layer, name it waves. Use the snowflake tube provided. Scale 16, step 1.
Draw a few wavy lines with the tube as shown below

Again, this does not have to be perfect
Go to effects, plugin filters, eye candy 4000-jiggle and use these settings

Now go to effects-eye candy 4000-motion trail and use these settings

Now go back to jiggle and use the same settings as before
Ctrl+D to deselect, then layers-merge visible. Rename this layer water
Add a new layer, name it sky. Go to layers-arrange-send to bottom.
For my sky, I used MuRa’s meister Cloud thick clouds preset. You may want to go back to your water layer and use your retouch tool set on soften at a small size, to soften the line where the water meets the sky.
With your sky layer active, add a new layer. Name it sand. Use your selection tool set on rectangle to select the entire bottom half of your canvas.
Floodfill with #F7F2E5
Go to effects-Eye Candy 4000-HSB noise and use these settings

Eye Candy Jiggle and use the same settings as before except this time tick seamless tile
Maker your water layer active. Use your selection tool set on rectangle again and select a small portion of the bottom.

Add a new layer, name it water 2
Set your foreground to #727BE0, background color to white.
Set your foreground style to gradient using these settings

Floodfill the selection
Ctrl+D to deselect
Effects-eye candy 4000-jiggle and use the same settings as before
Layers, merge visible and you’re done. Check your edges, if all three layers did not fill them, crop off the excess
