Eye Candy 4000If you don't have it, you may be able to substitute flood fill and inner bevel, or sculpture with good results
My selection filesUnzip the selections to a folder you can easily locate later.
My Eye Candy Chrome Preset Unzip this one to your Eye Candy 4000 Chrome Folder
Open a new image, 154X 241 pixels transparent.
Add a new layer, name it top.
Selections-Load from disk, load top.sel
Floodfill with white
Effects-Plugin filters-Eye Candy 4000-chrome, use the erikamakeup preset
Selections-modify-contract-by 1. Selections-invert and hit your delete key 1 time
Deselect
Add a new layer, name it bottom. Load bottom.sel
Floodfill with white.
Effects-Plugin filters-Eye Candy 4000-chrome, use the erikamakeup preset
Selections-modify-contract-by 1. Selections-invert and hit your delete key 1 time
Deselect
Add a new layer, name it makeup. Selections-Load from disk-load makeup.sel
Set your foreground to gradient using these settings



Floodfill the selection and keep it selected
Go to effects-Enhance Photo-Manual Color correction
Choose custom color and use the settings below



Keep it selected, go to effects-geometric effects-twirl, set at 570 degrees
Deselect
Add a new layer, name it hinge. Selections-load from disk, load hinge.sel
Floodfill with white. Go to effects-plugin filters- Eye candy 4000-Chrome and use the silver preset
Deselect
Add a new layer, name it bristles
Selections-load from disk and load brushbristles.sel
Floodfill with black
You might want to zoom in on the next part
Click on your retouch tool. Set it to lighten with these settings



Now lighten your bristles, like this, a couple tiny strokes should do it


Ctrl+D to deselect
Now switch your retouch tool to soften, using these settings



Soften the area you lighten, being careful to stay within the lines of the image



Now soften the tip of the brush so the end is blurred


Add a new layer, name it brush end
Selections-load from disk load brushend.sel
Floodfill with black. Go to effects-3D effects-Inner bevel and use these settings



Deselect
Add a new layer- name it brush rim
Selections-Load from disk-load brushrim.sel
Floodfill with white. Go to effects-Plugin filters-Eye Candy 4000-Chrome. Use the silver preset, except change the ripple thickness to 43 and the ripple width to 91
Ctrl+D to deselect
Layers-merge visible and you're done
