Still on the head layer, load 10.sel. Use the darken brush to create a mouth.
Add a new layer, name it nose. Go to selections-load from disk, load 11.sel
Floodfill with #D9BA90 and use the following inner bevel

You might need to move the nose until it's centered

Ctrl+D to select none, then effects-blur gaussian blur with a radius of 2
activate the lion eyes image. Edit-copy. Activate your lion cub image and paste as a new layer

Move it in to position.
Activate your head layer. Use the retouch tool set on darken to darken the area around the eyes

Now use your retouch tool, soften the area you just darkened
Now activate the eye layer and soften the eyes a bit
If you're happy with everything so far, merge visible.
Just a few finishing touches using the retouch tool.
Smudge the lines where the legs meet the body and go back over it with the soften brush. Soften the line between the ears and the head. Don't smudge, you don't want it to disappear completely. Soften the nose, mouth and whiskers a bit
If you're happy with this, you're done
