This tutorial will show you how to make glitter text using Eye Candy 4000. This also works on borders for frames and dings.

For this you will need
Paint Shop Pro 7
Eye Candy 4000

Open a new Image, 400X100 pixels transparent

Set the foreground to null, background to solid fill, color white

Click on your text tool. Make sure vector and antialias are checked. I am using Vivaldi font, size 38, Bold. Type in the text you want and click ok

Layers-Convert to Raster

Go to Effects-Plug-in Filters-Eye Candy 4000-Chrome. Use the Platinum Preset

Go to Effects-Plug-in Filters-Eye Candy 4000-HSB Noise. Use these settings
