Glitter Backgrounds

This is a quick one. You need PSP 7 and Simple Filters

This works with most colors and gradients, try changing them to get an effect you like
Open a new image 200 X 200

Floodfill with a color of your choice, I am using #8181EF

Add a new layer. Floodfill with Jasc's Metallic gradient, style linear, angle and repeats both 0

Open your layer palette. Change the properties on the gradient layer to dissolve, change the opacity to 19

Layers-Merge all-flatten

Go to effects-simple filters-quick tile

You're done :)
