For this you will need:
PSP 7
Eye Candy 4000
My Frame Files
Unzip and put the selection in a folder you can easily locate later. The other two are Eye Candy Chrome presets. You will need to find your plugins folder, then find eye candy 4000, then put them in the Chrome folder
Open a new image 450 X 450 transparent
Add a new layer, name it border1
Selections-load from disk, load erikasframe1.sel
Floodfill with white
Ctrl +D to deselect
Go to effects-plugin filters-Eye Candy Chrome and use the preset erikasframe1

Use your magic wand with a tolerance of 10, feather 0, click inside the top heart
Hold down your shift key and click in the bottom heart to select it too.
Selections-modify-expand by 2.
Keep it selected. Click on your background layer and add a new layer, name it hearts.
Go to Effects-Plugin filters-Eye Candy-Chrome. Use the Crimson Finish preset
Ctrl D to deselect.
Click on the border 1 layer. Use your magic wand again to select the area outside the border.


Selections-modify-expand-by 2
Click on your background layer and add a new layer, name it border2
Floodfill with white
Ctrl+ D to deselect
Go to effects-plugin filters-Eye Candy 4000-Chrome and use the frame2 preset
Hide your background layer and merge your other layers visible. Now go to Image-canvas size. Use these settings



With your magic wand, click on the outside border of your frame


Floodfill with white and use the same Eye Candy Chrome preset as before
Ctrl+ D to deselect
At this point, you can save your picture frame or add a picture.
To save your frame:
Make your background layer visible again and go to layers-merge visible. Save as, and navigate to your psp frames folder. keep the image type as .psp but type in the file extension .pfr. For example, chromeheartframe.pfr
