Open a new image 400 X 250 Pixels transparent
Make any background you like, or fill with a solid color
Add whatever text you want at the bottom of the image
Activate your cheer bear and paste as a new layer. Resize by about 80 % and sharpen if you need to
Position her like this



Save as 1cheerbear to a folder you can easily locate later
Go to window-duplicate
Back to 1cheer bear-layers-merge all flatten. Save changes and close
Activate the duplicated image, activate the bear layer. Go to image-rotate. Tick right, tick free and type in 45, make sure all layers is unchecked and click OK
Move her to look like this

Save as 2cheerbear.psp. Go to window-duplicate and set the duplicate aside.
Go back to 2cheerbear, layers-merge all-flatten. Save the changes and close
Activate the duplicated image and make sure the bear layer is active
Go to image-flip
Position her like this

Save as 3cheerbear. Window-duplicate. Set aside the duplicate. Back to 3cheerbear, layers-merge all-flatten. Save the changes and close
Activate the duplicate. Make sure the bear layer is active and go to image-mirror
Position her like this

Save as 4cheerbear. Window-duplicate, set aside the duplicate. Go back to 4cheerbear. Layers-merge all flatten, save the changes and close
Activate the duplicate. Delete the bear layer. Open your original cheer bear image and copy. Paste as a new layer on your other image. Resize by 80%. Position her like this

Layers-merge all-flatten and save as 5 cheerbear. Close it
Open animation shop. Chhose file-animation wizard
Tick same size as the first image frame, click next
Next one doesn't really matter since you've already filled the background, but I chose Opaque and white. Click next
Upper left image, canvas color, scale frames to fit unchecked, click next
Yes, repeat the anhimation indefinitely. Type 25 in the bottom box and click next
Click add image and navigate to the folder you saved the frames in. Add them in this order: 1cheerbear.psp,2cheerbear.psp,3cheerbear.psp,4cheerbear.psp,5cheerbear.psp
Click next
Click finish
Save and you're done
