A quite beach at night, a perfect place for a stroll, that is if it isn't October 31 Halloween!
Playing on the beach can be seen four oddly attired cats, one is dressed as a Mummy, another as a Witch whilst the other two are dressed as a faery and an apple. All four cats have been trick or treating and are enjoying a quiet break before the bewitching hour of midnight!
Cheech: (staggering around in his Mummy's costume) Oh this is such fun! I just love wandering on the Beach at night!
Keedie: (mindful of her witches hat). Yes, so am I, it is not something I do every day though!
Chelsea: (rolling round and round in her Apple costume) WOWEEE, I never throught being an Apple could be such fun!!!!!
Pandy(her faery wings fluttering in the gentle breeze) I honestly feel I could fly right now, like a real faery!
Suddenly the clock strikes MIDNIGHT!!!!!!!!!! The cats have stayed too long playing on the beach!
Keedie: Oh dear, I think we have stayed too long, I am not sure the beach is where I want to be at Midnight, especially on Halloween!
Cheech:(still lurching around) Awh! Don't be a kill joy Keedie, nothing to be scared of around here, except me hee hee!
Pandy: Well I agree with Keedie, we really should head back, come on Chelsea stop rolling around and let's get going!
Cheech: (reluctantly) O.K. (aside girls, honestly, scared of their own shadows, I'm going to play some more at being a Mummy)
Cheech:(loudly and very frightened) HEY! Did you see thhhhat! Thhhhhhose "things" over there!
(pointing to the shoreline where ghostly creatures can be seen hovering just above the water)
Keedie: (slightly exasperated) Cheech! Stop messing around and trying to scare us, really you boys are all the same always trying to scare us girls.
Pandy: Yes, Keedie, they never learn do they!
Chelsea: My brother does the same thing!!!!!!!!! He is always trying to scare me!
Cheech: (yelling harder and with a shaking voice) GIRLS PLEASE BELIEVE ME!!!!!!!!!!!! There really ARE strange things ! I didn't have that much nipz, honestly!!!!!!!!
Chelsea: Come on girls, I know where we can get some hot chocolate and fudge brownies!
Keedie and Pandy: Oh yummy, lets leave silly Cheech here!
Pandy: Yes, then we can eat all the Brownies! Serves him right for trying to scare us!
CHEECH: (in a sheer panic now) PLEASE WAIT FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Keedie, Pandy & Chelsea: (laughing hard) We fooled you Cheech! You are really scared! This is the Fat is Fun Haunted Village and none of those ghosts are real!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The three girls take the still shaking Cheech through the rest of the village, there is still so much more to explore!
